David S. Pottruck, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Red Eagle Ventures, Inc.

David S. Pottruck is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Red Eagle Ventures, Inc., a San Francisco private equity firm. Mr. Pottruck has been a director of Intel since 1998 and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee of the Board.

Mr. Pottruck also serves as a Senior Fellow in the Wharton School of Business Center for Leadership and Change Management.

In July of 2004, Mr. Pottruck resigned after a 20-year career having served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of the Charles Schwab Corporation.

Zach Nelson, President and Chief Executive Officer, Netsuite

Zach Nelson has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, where he has held a variety of executive positions spanning marketing, sales, product development and business strategy with leading companies such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and McAfee/Network Associates. Nelson has been CEO of NetSuite since 2002. One of top 10 visionary CEOs in the Silicon Valley, Nelson led NetSuite's successful IPO in 2007. Under his leadership, NetSuite has become the leading provider of cloud computing business management software suites in the world. Nelson holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Tom Berquist, Chief Financial Officer, Corel

Tom Berquist has served as Corel's Chief Financial Officer since September 2009. In this capacity, Mr. Berquist leads the company’s Finance, IT, Customer Support and Manufacturing teams in providing essential support services for Corel’s global operations. Prior to joining Corel, Mr. Berquist was Chief Financial Officer at Ingres, a private open source software company based in Redwood City, CA. Before joining Ingres, Mr. Berquist was a Managing Director of Equity Research for Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Piper Jaffray where he covered several of the world's top software companies including Microsoft, Adobe, Intuit, Symantec, and Autodesk. Berquist also served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting where he was responsible for selling and managing large enterprise software implementation projects for customers including the City of Chicago, GMAC, Tyco International, US Bancorp, and Honeywell. Mr. Berquist holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas located in St. Paul, Minnesota.

David Young, CEO and Founder, Joyent

David founded Joyent in 2004 to provide a comprehensive suite of internet-delivered software and on-demand infrastructure for small to medium organizations. Prior to Joyent, David worked at Moody’s Investor Service (1989-1999) in the Structured Finance, International, and Digital Media groups as General Manager and corporate Vice President and was co-founder and CTO of manageStar (2000-2004), an enterprise services management software company whose customers included TimeWarner, Sodexho, and Global Signal. David was the principal architect of manageStar’s Harmony platform for service delivery and managed a team of 80+ developers in San Francisco and Bangalore, India. David holds a BA in Classics (Greek), cum laude, from Indiana University. He lives in the Joyent lifestyle in Marin County with his wife Maria and their two daughters.

Charles Beeler, General Partner, El Dorado Ventures

Charles Beeler is an accomplished venture capital investor who has been with El Dorado Ventures since 1999. His primary focus is on companies with the potential to radically change the capabilities, cost/performance and energy efficiency of datacenters and enterprise computing environments. This includes companies in the systems, storage and cloud computing sectors.

Prior to joining EDV, Charles served as a partner at Piper Jaffray Ventures, where he managed the firm’s technology venture capital funds. Charles gained early venture capital experience at Scripps Ventures, where he helped design and implement its early-stage investment strategy.

Early in his career, Charles was involved with the design and implementation of healthcare IT systems at the Mayo Clinic, including Mayo’s first radiology information system.

In addition to his for-profit boards, Charles serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Camp Chippewa Foundation, and works actively with several other education-based non-profits.

Charles received a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Colby College and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Khaled Bichara, co-CEO of Accelero Capital

Khaled Bichara is co-CEO of Accelero Capital investment and management group, a firm focused on telecommunication and related media and technology. He has played a pivotal role in the investment, merger, or start up of several companies and brings a wealth of experience in both telecommunication and information technology.

Mr Bishara served as Group President and Chief Operating Officer of VimpelCom Ltd. and Group Executive Chairman of Orascom Telecom Holding from 2010 to 2011. He oversaw the $6.6 billion merger of VimpelCom with Wind Telecom S.p.A, to create the world's sixth largest telecommunications carrier. In 2009 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Orascom Telecom Holding. He was previously COO of Wind Telecomunicazioni S.p.A., where he led a successful turnaround in three years.

Prior to joining Wind, he was the cofounder, Chairman and CEO of LINKdotNET, the largest private ISP in the Middle East.

Mr. Bishara earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the American University in Cairo where he is a member of the Advisory Board for the Computer Science and Engineering Department

Hanan Abdel-Meguid, CEO, OTVentures

Hanan Abdel-Meguid is CEO of OTVentures, a fully owned Orascom Telecom subsidiary founded to lead the digital world in the online and mobile spheres and operating across more than 17 countries. In 1996, she joined LINKdotNET, largest Internet Solutions Provider in the Region, where as she as Chief Solution Officer she contributed immensely to the company’s success and growth, becoming a “star” company and an Egyptian start-up success story.

Hanan went on to become the CEO of LINKdotNET’s software development spin-off firm, LINK Development, now Egypt’s foremost software & services company and international player in the software development domain.

Her 25+ years of experience in the IT field, together with the desire to sustain and grow talent, led to her involvement in the establishment of various communities and projects that promote growing Egyptian talent, as well as inspire young developers and promote knowledge sharing outside of business.

Hanan is an active member in many academic and business alliances and associations in Egypt.
