Senior Enablement Manager
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual with a background in program management and training to join our fast-paced, rapidly expanding, education and enablement team. This position, reporting to the Director of Technical Education, is responsible for ensuring that our partners and internal staff are well versed in our technology offerings.
You will act as the catalysts in the program management and design of sales & technical education and enablement programs for both our channel partners and staff. You will collaborate closely with various internal team including sales, pre-sales, professional services and the channel organization to understand their requirement. Additionally, you will be responsible for selecting and maintaining relationships with external suppliers and ensuring that projects run on time and budget.
The key responsibilities for the position include
- Design, execute and manage programs to enable partner channel and internal staff
- Define success metrics and design enablement dashboards
- Coordinate the delivery of Train-the-Trainer events
- Work with Product Marketing to define enablement requirements
- Develop alternative delivery strategies for the enablement events
- Plan and execute enablement plans for product launches
- Engage with the corporate curriculum development team on the design and release on new education offerings
- Manage a small team of Enablement Managers in the region either through matrix or direct reporting
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Three years of product or program management experience within a multinational company
- Extensive experience with designing, creating and launching enablement programs and projects
- An understanding of multi tiered channel sales models
- Self-directed, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment
- Outstanding time management, prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done
- Strong understanding of virtualization technology and the IT landscape
